- The balance is payable 14 days prior to the date of hire.
- All payments are non-returnable and not transferable.
- The hire period is based on a duration of four hours. Extra time will be charged at £50 per/part hour.
- Any cancellations must be received in writing, not less than 90 days prior to the date of hire, otherwise the full balance is payable. (A refund will be given should the vehicle be booked by another client).
- If we fail to supply the above vehicle on the day, due to circumstances beyond our control or in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will provide a suitable replacement vehicle, if possible, or refund all monies paid.
This is the limit of liability accepted by James and James Wedding Car Hire.
